Hi my name is... and I am/have a teenager.

We’re honestly not sure who we’re talking to here:

We hope we’re talking to teenagers, because this is who these workshops are catered for. But most likely, we’re talking to parents of teens. And that’s okay. Because we want parents to know that there is a place they can send their teenagers to learn life skills that they aren’t going to learn at school.

It’s not therapy. So you can tell your son or daughter that they’re not getting sent away to be analysed by a shrink. Ther...

Studies have found that martial arts, in which you have to pay close attention to body movements, tax the attention system: a very good thing for adolescents with behavioural disorders.

Here are three reasons why you should be sending your preteens and teenagers to Kung Fu:
