Feel like you aren't getting through to people? Do you feel misunderstood? Boost your communication skills! 

Boyfriends, girlfriends, siblings, parents, friends, teachers, anyone you have to relate to every day: How awesome would it be if YOU had the power to improve those relationships? 

In my dim memory of being a 13 year old, all I could really think about was why my parents didn't get me, and oh god, why can't I get a boyfriend.

Hi my name is... and I am/have a teenager.

We’re honestly not sure who we’re talking to here:

We hope we’re talking to teenagers, because this is who these workshops are catered for. But most likely, we’re talking to parents of teens. And that’s okay. Because we want parents to know that there is a place they can send their teenagers to learn life skills that they aren’t going to learn at school.

It’s not therapy. So you can tell your son or daughter that they’re not getting sent away to be analysed by a shrink. Ther...
